Full Description

Bridge House is listed as part of a row of 19th Century or earlier cottages of various builds within the 2019 Conservation Area Appraisal for Parracombe. [1] The building is shown on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map for Parracombe. The property has an internal subdivision, and extensions to the rear. [2] An L shaped building is shown in this location on the Tithe Map for Parracombe. [3] The property is shown on the 2021 MasterMap data in a similar plan form to that shown on the 1st Edition Map, although one of the extensions to the rear of the building appears to have been reduced in size. [4]
