Summary
In 1882 a coin of John Balliol, King of Scotland between 1292 and 1306 was found in the churchyard. This may be connected with Richard Perceval, Rector of Exford 1318 to 1345, whose father fought with Edward I in the Scottish Wars.

Full Description
In 1882 a coin of John Balliol, King of Scotland between 1292 and 1306 was found in the churchyard. This may be connected with Richard Perceval, Rector of Exford 1318 to 1345, whose father fought with Edward I in the Scottish Wars. [1]
