Full Description
SS 8337 3508. A rectantular building, possibly a field barn, is shown in an isolated position by a ford on the river on the Tithe Map for Withypool. It is within land parcel 530, which the accompanying Apportionment describes as "Green" (pasture), owned by Sir Thomas Dyke Acland and occupied by George Follet. [1] The building is also shown on the 1st Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map. [2] The 2nd Edition 25 inch map shows the outline of the building, although it may no longer be roofed. [3] The building was no longer extant in 2018. [4]
