Full Description

The Tithe Map for Withiel Florey shows two small buildings at SS 9763 3443 , within a small enclosure. A further small enclosure lies adjacent to the eastern boundary. These are labelled 71 (buildings) and 70 (eastern enclosure), which the Apportionment states are part of Home Farm and describes as "Barn and Bartons" and "Garden". They were owned by George Earl of Egremont and occupued by John Vickery. [1] The site had been cleared by the time the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map was surveyed. [2]
