Summary
A small, circular peaty mound was visible, measuring 2.3 metres in diameter and 0.75 metres high. This was interpreted as a peat stack, a pile of peat stacked for drying.

Full Description
During a rapid assessment and walkover survey in 2013 earthworks were seen which were interpreted as the decayed remains of turf stacks (piles of cut peat stacked for drying). A small, circular peaty mound was visible, measuring 2.3 metres in diameter and 0.75 metres high.
