Full Description

A 20th Century sluice was visible on the 2nd and 3rd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. This was no longer visible on the 2014 MasterMap. [1-3] The sluice is also not marked on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map, suggesting a date of post c.1889. [4] The site was partly inaccessible during a walkover survey in 2021; however, an extant length of walling was noted in this location. [5]
