Full Description
An L-shaped linhay is marked on historic mapping. It abuts a probable building on its southern face, possibly a barn. [1] The 1st edition Ordnance Survey map shows the 'barn' as an enclosure but the linhay is still extant. [2] The 'barn' survives as a boundary area, with the part of its northern wall not preserved by the linhay removed, on the 2nd Edition map. [3] The walls of the linhay and barn appear to be preserved in modern field boundaries shown on the modern Ordnance Survey mapping. [4]
