Full Description

The tithe map shows the house with various buildings arranged around it and gardens, including ponds, to the east and west. The house was approached by a road heading northeast, from c. ST0207438742 to ST0237839000, but this is no longer extant, whilst a footpath that begins by following this road but then heading east goes to 'Goldsoncot' (now Golsoncott). The road to the west of the hall, leading from Felon's Oak, was not extant at this time. [1] The hall appears on the 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. The road to the west was introduced by the 1st Edition map and the road to the east is no longer shown, but the footpath still appears on this and the 2nd Edition map. [2,3]
