Summary

A subrectangular mound of uncertain date and function is on the north facing slopes of Cloutsham Ball.

Full Description

A mound at an elevation of approximately 200 metres above Ordnance Datum on the northfacing slopes of Cloutsham Ball. The mound is subrectangular in shape, approximately 5 paces long and 3 paces wide and up to 0.5 metres high. The date and function of the mound are unknown but it may be associated with charcoal burning activity in this area. [1]
