Description
Joint excavations by Somerset Industrial Archaeological Society and the Exmoor Mines Research Group at Chargot Wood and Langham Hill. The former is the putative site of Sir Thomas Lethbridges mid 19th century iron mill, forge and blast furnace and the latter is of interest as the 1866 engine house is thought to be of unusual design and construction.
