Cottage. C17-C18, altered C20. Red sandstone and ironstone random rubble, rendered left half, curved façade, hipped thatched roof. Plan: angled façade, appears to be 3-cell, perhaps 2-cell with single bay outbuilding converted to one dwelling. C20 2 and 3-light casements. Two storeys, 2 eyebrow dormers first floor, ground floor 2 windows left fronting road, one is in angled façade left of entrance, stable type door. Interior not sighted.
