PARRACOMBE CHURCHTOWN, Parracombe SS 64 SE 6/123 Pyke Chest tomb with grate circa 3 metres north of north side of nave of Church of St. Petrocks GV II Chest tomb with grate. Mid to late C19. Ashlar chest tomb, iron grate with fleur- de-lys finials to the uprights. Chest tomb has moulded base and shaped top with 2 panels to each side bearing inscriptions flanked by short cusped headed pilasters. Carved heraldic shield at western end.
