Abstract/Summary
An historic building record of the Lynmouth Pavilion was prepared by AC Archaeology in January 2012. The building was constructed in 1932 with an open-fronted waiting room on the ground floor and a theatre/multi-use space on the first floor. Toilets were also provided on the ground floor. These were later extended and further toilets added on the first floor. The Pavilion closed in the 1950s and had a variety of uses since, which involved changes to the ground floor layout and fenestration. At the time of survey, the first floor stage and toilets had been demolished.
