Source/Archive record SEM7781 - Historic Buildings Assessment of Greenaleigh Farm, Minehead

An assessment of the building was undertaken to inform proposals for building works. It identified the main farmhouse as a 17th or 18th Century building enlarged in the late 19th Century by the addition of a new wing, reducing the older house to the status of a service wing. The farm buildings were also surveyed and seem to date from the 19th Century.
