Abstract/Summary
Visited site on which two house were being built in order to undertake an intermittent watching brief. The stripped area was approximately 20 by 30 metres in size. Topsoil was a maximum of 0.3 metres thick and was directly underlain by shale bedrock. No archaeological features were apparent.
