The well preserved remains of a trackway. According to local tradition it was a tramway but it seems more likely to simply be a carefully graded road connecting the Ison Mine with the main road.

The well preserved remains of a trackway. According to local tradition it was a tramway but it seems more likely to simply be a carefully graded road connecting the Ison Mine (MSO8595) with the road and allowed ore to be removed by vehicle. [1]
