Full Description

Early 19th century with later alterations. Stucco, slate roof, eaves, end gables. Three storeys. Three windows, sashes in reveals, glazing bars. Modern shop fronts and entrances to ground floor. Recessed modern glazed door to No 27 with fanlight. [1] English Heritage Listed Building Number: 264690. First Listed on 06/11/1975. [2] The building is situated within Dunster's Conservation Area. [3] The buildings were visited in April 2012 as part of the rapid condition survey of Exmoor's Listed Buildings 2012-13. They received a BAR score of 6. [4] The buildings are depicted and labelled "25" and "27" on 2018 MasterMap data. Though the labels overlap, it appears that number 25 is the southern structure and 27 the northern one. [5]
