Full Description

Inn. Circa 1860. Roughcast over random rubble, double span slate roof, overhanging eaves, soffit board, brick stacks gable ends. Double pile plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 16 pane sash windows, louvred shutters to first floor, central 4 panel raised and fielded door, rectangular light above. Entrance also on left return, gabled porch. [1] English Heritage Listed Building Number: 264778. First Listed on 21/12/1984. [2] Double pile plan. Stone, Render, roughcast and pebbledash walls. Gabled roof [3] The building was visited in June 2013 as part of the rapid condition survey of Exmoor's Listed Buildings 2012-13. It received a BAR score of 6. [4]
