Sign post. Early C20. Cast iron. Rectangular sign inscribed: Elworthy/Slow in raised letters, attached to upright iron post surmounted by triangle with SCC in attached letters. Listed for historic interest and a good example of cast iron lettering. [1] English Heritage Listed Building Number: 264758. First Listed on 21/12/1984. [2] Iron walls. [3] The building was visited in June 2013 as part of the rapid condition survey of Exmoor's Listed Buildings 2012-13. It received a BAR score of 4A. [4]
