Full Description
A steep sided, sock shaped quarry 2 metres deep. A broad entrance leads through low spoil deposits to the hedge corner. [1] A broadly circular earthwork depression is shown here on the 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. [2,3]
