MSO10125 - Post-medieval field boundary bank south of Chains Barrow (Monument)

Full Description

Low grass covered bank approximately 2.3 metres wide at the base and 0.3 metres high, with a worn footpath approximately 0.1 metres deep running along its length. A very eroded field boundary bank aligned roughly north to south. The bank is being used as a footpath by walkers and has almost completely eroded away in sections. Stones are exposed within the bank and scattered around it. [1]
