Full Description
The 1st Edition Ordnance Survey shows a linear earthwork area at SS 6874 4242. It may be evidence of quarrying or an extractive pit. [1] The feature is not depicted on the 2nd Edition map. [2] McDonnell has transcribed the feature as part of his survey of aerial photographs. [3]
