A platform is formed by a stony subrectangular mound and a stony scarp. It may be the remains of an agricultural building such as a linhay or a cottage associated with the enclosure.

Full Description

SS 83526 32159. A platform, 12.5 metres long and 7.7 metres wide, lies in the southeastern corner of a rectangular enclosure (MMO3184) in the southwestern corner of Old Barrow Down. It is formed by a stony, subrectangular mound 6.5 metres long, 2 metres wide and 0.7 metres high to the east and a stony scarp 7 metres long and 0.8 metres high to the south. This may be the remains of an agricultural building such as a linhay or a cottage, associated with the enclosure. [1]
