Full Description

The Tithe Map for Nettlecombe depicts a building at ST 0503 3579. It is set back slightly from Windwhistle Lane but appears to face it. The building is labelled 334b, which the accompanying Apportionment describes as "Cottage and Garden", owned by Sir John Trevelyan and occupied by Thomas Callaway. [1] The building had been demolished by the time the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map was surveyed. [2]
