The site is shown as a clear plot on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [1] The cottages are shown on the 2nd Edition map, centred at SS 9052 3460 and labelled "Townsend". [2] The cottages appear to have been little altered in plan since the 2nd Edition map was published. [3]
