A group of four buildings are depicted to the south of Lee Mouth on the Lynton Tithe Map. [1] A single building is depicted within this location on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map where it is labelled as 'Lee Mouth Cottage'. It is not possible to determine from the cartographic evidence alone whether the four buildings depicted on the earlier Tithe Map have been replaced or extended. [2]
