A garden wall extends from the southeastern corner of the cottage to the street frontage to the east. It is thatched and a rare survival.

Full Description
Thatched cob wall abutting right, swept up over square headed doorway, about 15 metres in length. [1] The garden walls are cob on stone walls. The eastern wall is still thatched and is a rare survival. [2] The structure was visited as part of the Exmoor National Park survey of listed buildings. It received a score of 3A. [3]
