A possible tree-lined drive leads from the adjoining lane to Lower East Lyn. It may derive from when the farmhouse was a manor house and could date from the 18th Century or earlier.

There is evidence of a deliberate design to provide a tree-lined drive from an adjoining lane. This is likely to derive from the time that this was a Manor House and may therefore date from the 18th Century or earlier. [1]
