Full Description

Cliffe House is an early 20th century stone-built house with Arts and Crafts detail including small -pane top vents, shaped brick drip-stones and deep timber gables. [1] The building is shown on the 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey map and named 'Gwynallt'. [2] There is also a building shown here on the 1st Edition map, named 'Gwynalt' but on a smaller scale. The current building may therefore have been extended or rebuilt between the two maps being drawn up. [3]
