The 2002 Conservation Area Character Appraisal for Dunster states "On an island site between High Street and The Ball, and a vital element of the street scene, is an unadorned early 19th century or earlier building of plain tile and render with a former commercial garage frontage to the east elevation." [1] The building is depicted and labelled "11" on 2018 MasterMap data. [2]
