Full Description

A round barrow roughly 8 metres in diameter on West Ilkerton Common. The barrow lies close to a well used field gate and is adjacent to a 19th Century boundary hedge. The barrow is 0.7 metres high and has been disturbed, probably during the construction of the field boundary. It occupies a very prominent position at 297 metres ordnanace datum. [1]
