Full Description
A charcoal burning platform in Culbone Wood on the steep north facing slopes west of Twitchen Combe. The oval platform is circa 9 metres long and 4 metres wide. The rear of the platform has slumped to form part of the hillslope and the front, downslope edge, is eroded but stlil upstanding to a height of circa 1 metre. [1]
