Full Description
A charcoal buring platform in Culbone Wood on the steep north facing slopes northwest of Tor Knap, at circa SS 8383 4848. It is an oval platform measuring circa 10 metres long east to west and 6 metres wide north to south. The rear of the platform is formed by the slope and the front is built up by up to 1 metre. The surface is being eroded by deer and trees are growing on the feature. [1]
