Summary
A charcoal burning platform was noted during survey on the northeast facing slopes of Culbone Combe. It has hazel coppice growing on it.

Full Description
A charcoal burning platform on the northeast facing slopes of Culbone Combe, centred on circa SS 8435 4846. The platform measures circa 10 by 5 metres in size and is cut into the hillside to a depth of circa 1 metre. It is built up on the downslope side by circa 0.5 metres. The front and rear are very eroded and hazel coppice grows on the platform. [1]
