Full Description
The earthwork remains of a trackway of uncertain, but probably medieval or later date, were identified during field survey of Nine Acre Copse, part of a broader survey of eight woodlands on the eastern slopes of the Barle Valley. [1] It is not clear whether the specified trackway is that shown on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map running from SS 8724 3058 to SS 8707 3072. [2]
