Full Description

A trackway in Dibble Wood, recorded during field survey of eight woodlands in the Barle Valley. The track is depicted on the Ordnance Survey base map. [1,2] The feature is depicted and labelled as a Path on the 2018 MasterMap data. It runs from SS 8810 2998 to the west (exiting Mill Ham Wood) and forks at SS 8861 2979, with one path crossing the stream and meeting another path at SS 8865 2980 and the other heading north to exit the wood at SS 8860 3002. [3] Much of the routeway through the wood is depicted on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [4]
