Full Description
A rectangular pit identified during field survey of Mounsey Wood. The pit is undated but was interpreted as being industrial in origin. The earthwork was identified during field survey of Mounsey Wood, part of a broader survey of eight woodlands on the eastern slopes of the Barle Valley.[1]
