Full Description
A possible intertidal fish trap or fish weir on the eastern side of Porlock Beach, approximately 100 metres to the north of the large tidal pool. The weir consists of two low walls about 20 metres long and surviving to about 1 metre in height. The walls are constructed of beach pebble and boulders, and are arranged at 90 degrees relative to each to form a V-shaped trap, which continues to hold water. [1]
