SS9127 DULVERTON CP OLDBERRRY LANE (South side) 15/83 The Mount - - II
House. Mid C19, Rendered over rubble, slate roofs, overhanging eaves, decorative bargeboards gable ends, rendered stack rising from eaves left and at rear. L-plan with parallel range at rear projecting slightly beyond gable end. Two storeys, 1:2 bays, many paned casements, cross gable left, with 3-light window, 2 and 3-light to right, ground floor slate roofed canted bay with upper lights, 3-light window right of 6-panel door, 2 bays right fronted by verandah, part slate roofed, part glazed, Right return: right gable projects forward slightly, 12-pane sash window first floor, ground floor left 12-pane sash window. A good example of its type, complete with original fenestration.
