SS9127 DULVERTON CP BRIDGE STREET (North side) 15/67 The Boot - - II
Semi-detached cottage. Late C19 refronting of earlier dwelling. Tile-hung upper storey with bell-mouth at string course, ground floor faced with quarry tiles, cement plinth, thatched roof hipped to left, large external stack at rear. Plan: probably 3-cell and cross passage, abutting property to right (not of special interest). Two storeys, 1:2 bays; all C19 casements with single horizontal glazing bar, 2-light in outer bays, half glazed late C20 wooden door with 2 low rubble retaining walls, cement coping, projecting about 1 m. Evidence that until recently a sign board was iisplayed above entrance; left return unlit with similar facing. Interior not seen.
