Cottage. Cl7, probably walls raised and reroofed C18. Rendered over random rubble, thatched roof, hipped to right and half-hipped to left, large stepped stone lateral stack to left of entrance, rebuilt external stack left gable end masked by single storey lean-to addition. Plan: 3 cell and cross passage, outshut at rear. Two storeys, 2:1 bays; first floor 2 and 3-light C19 many paned casements, ground floor similar 3-light window and 4-light ovolo moulded mullioned window left of stack with small square headed light to hearth, 2-light window right of heavy chamfered 4-centred arch head doorframe with C17 framed door. Another entrance on left return. Interior: not seen, probably contains features of interest.
