GV II Farmhouse, subsequently 2 dwellings, now one. C16-C17 extensively altered mid-late C19. Red sandstone random rubble, double Roman tiled roof, brick left gable end, large lateral stack centre with rebuilt stone chimney, rebuilt oval chimney rising from square base on eaves end bay right. Plan: perhaps 3-cell and cross passage, 2 entrances on facade blocked and resited in outshut at rear. Two storeys, 2:2 bays; left 3-light ovolo moulded mullioned window set below eaves, C20 leaded 2-light casement rising through eaves, right of stack two 2-light early C19 leaded iron casements, ground floor left similar small window, large lateral 3-light window left of stack, C20 leaded window to right, C20 beyond left gable end rebuilt.
