Pair of semi-detached cottages. Probably C17, extensively altered late C19. Red sandstone random rubble, double Roman tile roof, hipped to right over canted bay, lateral stack right, stone stack left gable end. L-plan. One and a half storeys, 3:1 bays; 2-light dormer casements left, camber headed 2-light casement right, ground floor slate-roofed bread oven projection left, cambered 3-light windows, flanking entrance with side light, similar in canted wall right, plank door. Right return, gabled porch on chamfered wooden columns, 2-light window, studded plank door, right C20 2-light window on site of blocked doorway. Left return single storey lean-to addition.
