2. Former Bonding Toll House of 1708, rebuilt in mid 19th century in Luttrell Estate style. Random rubble, double Roman tiles. 1½ storeys. Two irregular gable dormers with plain barge boards. Two windows to first floor, 2 and 3-light leaded casements. Earlier 4-light oak moulded frame window to ground floor left-hand side, 3-light casement window to right. Pents over windows. Similar pentice porch to off-centre doorway on carved brackets, earlier studded door with mid 19th century surround. Tablet set in wall at first floor "This is Bonding toll house 1708".
