Plan: single cell, symmetrical façade, entrance through porches on North front, now blocked. 2 storeys, 4 bays; all C20 casement windows, 2 full height, gabled, thatched porches in outer bays, 2 central windows first floor, one left groundfloor, segmental headed openings to porches, now blocked. Entrance to Japonica Cottage (left) through single storey, C20 additon left, to Honeysuckle Cottage (right) through C20 gabled, thatched porch on rear elevation.
