Farmhouse. Mid C19. Rubble with asbestos cement roof and rendered end stacks to coped gables. Double-depth plan: 3 wings of equal height enclose a narrow central yard, later incorporated, with flat roof. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front with segmental arches over late C20 door and casements. The right return has a plain gable, then the wing is slightly set back, with a shallow flat-roofed porch over a glazed door. Similar arches and fenestration to other elevations. The left return (W) has 2 plain rendered gables, and a wide single-storey lean-to lobby with plank door. Interior not inspected. Included for group value, as part of a remarkable planned group of mid 19th century farmbuildings.
